We offer a 7-day return policy. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll send a confirmation email. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior request won't be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address the issue and make it right. In such cases, we may need documentation, including photos of the packaging, box, and the damaged item, to assist with filing a claim with the shipping company. If an item is lost during transit, we will work diligently to either replace it or provide a refund.

 

Please note that certain items, such as custom products or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification. Please be aware that sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the desired item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
